Erwin Penland

Con Williamson is Co-President and Chief Creative Officer of Erwin Penland. He oversees creative and culture across all brands at EP, to include Denny’s, Tumi, Lenovo, Strayer University, Kill Cliff, Nike, L.L. Bean and Califia Farms; he also was the lead creative on the IPG pitch team that won Microsoft, also helping launch M-United. 

 

Previously, Con was Chief Creative Officer at Saatchi & Saatchi, in charge of creative for all brands to include Lenovo, Tide, Cheerios and the Miller Brewing company. Over the last decade in NYC he has been with Fallon, JWT, his own agency Lodge212 and Euro/RSCG where he was Chief Creative Officer, responsible for Dos Equis, Heineken, Jaguar Automobiles (Global ECD), Kraft and The Atlantic.

 

In 2009 the Dos Equis “Most Interesting Man in the World” campaign won Cannes Titanium and Effie Gold. He's led new business efforts which included wins on Lenovo, Trident, Heineken and the New York Stock Exchange. Con has also had creative responsibilities during his career on Jet Blue, Royal Caribbean, Cadbury, Macy’s, L.L. Bean and ESPN.

 

He is dad to 3 amazing people, husband to 1 amazing woman, and prior to agency life, served in the US Army as a paratrooper and communications specialist.
