Nick Jones has over 20 years of experience in building brands through cross-channel
marketing and today leads Arc’s focus on innovation as well as its Retail & Shopper Marketing Practice. Nick brings insight and best practices to successfully integrate new technologies into marketing initiatives for creating immersive and engaging brand experiences. He has led the agency’s development of the proprietary LBsparc Retail Inspiration Labs and FutureShop expo events.
Nick is widely recognized as a global leader in Retail Innovation. A highly regarded speaker on this topic, Nick has most recently spoken at the Mobile World Congress, Shopper Marketing Expo, SPECs and GlobalShop. In late 2015, he presented alongside Rebecca and Uri Minkoff at Chicago ideas Week on “The Future of Retail". His knowledge on retail innovation and his insightful observations have Nick viewed as a coveted expert resource for the media.
Nick started his career at Lintas New York (now Lowe Worldwide) in the general advertising world, before joining integrated marketing agency Upshot. He joined Arc in 2009 prior to which he spent 4 years in London building and leading Rivet, a Shopper Marketing agency.
Nick has worked on advertising, CRM/direct, digital, promotions, and retail/shopper marketing for numerous brands including P&G, Coca-Cola, MillerCoors, Unilever, Sony, IBM, Warner Brothers, Embassy Suites Hotels, Lego, Nokia and Electrolux.
Born and raised near Liverpool, England, Nick is an English graduate of the University of Wales and received his Marketing MBA from Colorado State University.
