As Director of Learning & Development, Judy Chen leads the education of teams across North America, building and delivering learning curriculums that support the wide range of disciplines and channels across media.  The Project Isaac award-winning Data Bytes internship program that she created reflects her passion for building an extensive portfolio of learning and development programs that impact the business.

 Judy joined Mindshare from Ralph Lauren, where she was Director of Training, supporting the Factory division - the largest of the Ralph Lauren portfolio of businesses.  She regularly presents at industry conferences and workshops, such as Google’s Talent Revolution, the Society for Industrial-Organizational Psychology, and more.

 Judy holds a MA in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from New York University, and a BA in Psychology and Political Science from Wellesley College.
