Best known for fearless strategy and out-of-the-box thinking, Kathleen works with both Fortune 500 brands and leading early stage growth companies to create future-proof, women-centric business and marketing strategies. As Founder & CEO of Grayce & Co, a strategy shop, she brings her clients’ new ideas to market, driving rapid acceleration of products, platforms and services. Grayce & Co was founded out of Kathleen's desire to empower a new generation of women and power true brand admiration, ultimately proving that brands go further faster by intercepting the female market not haphazardly, but deliberately.  Prior to founding her own consultancy, Kathleen held positions as Managing Director at mcgarrybowen and as Senior Partner at Ogilvy & Mather.

Beyond client work, Kathleen is committed to the creative and entrepreneurial spheres through Grayce & Co Ventures, which invests in women-oriented startups; and Build Like A Woman, an initiative Kathleen founded to bring together builders like Jessica Alba of The Honest Company with digital tools in order to help emerging female-led brands scale and succeed. Kathleen also serves on the executive committee of Cannes Lions See It Be It which fosters the advancement of female creative talent.  She is heavily involved in the technology and venture communities, as an advisor and investor.  Her work has been recognized with awards, including a Cannes Gold Lion and an Effie. She has been featured as a ‘Leading Woman In Business’ by Huffington Post, ‘Creative Innovator’ by Conde Nast, IBM Think Leader, Citi Women & Co Trailblazer, Facebook Business Leader and Women in the World Entrepreneur.  Kathleen is a contributor to Forbes Women and guest lectures at her alma mater UNC.
